Tuba Etude Recording Project

I recently collaborated with Dr. Jeremy Lewis the professor of Tuba at West Texas A&M University on a series of YouTube videos. The YouTube videos were for the Houghton Horns Repair shop's YouTube channel and every year they release professional recordings of some renowned musicians playing the Texas UIL All-Region Etudes. For this project I did all video and audio recording and production including mixing and mastering the recording with the exception of the video editing. Here are a few of the videos we published.

Saxophone Mixing and Recording

This project consisted of myself and a few of my piers recording a saxophone ensemble recital live in Mary Moody Northen Hall at west Texas A&M. We recoded the concert and then I mixed and mastered the recordings to the beautiful final outcome that you are hopefully listening to now!

One Session

Recently I collaborated with the West Texas A&M, Media Communication department and helped produce an episode of their acclaimed one session series. This oppritunity really opened my eyes to what a future in live recording and production could look like and it was a super fun project!
