My goal is to become an audio engineer for live events and studio productions alike. I am also interested in working in sales for a music tech company! I have recently completed an internship with Norris Audio/Visual which is a live production and A/V installation company run out of Amarillo, Texas. I am very pleased to say it was a great experience and I learned a lot working with them.

Hi, My name is Jayce Nixon. I am currently a student at West Texas A&M University pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Music Technology. I have been obsessed and passionate about music since I was a kid. When I was younger I always was interested in the ins and outs of the music industry, especially the technology that empowers artists to make what they make.

I have several years of experience in the food service industry so I feel that I am well equipped to deal with the high demands and fast-paced environment that music industry jobs often present. I also have produced some tracks of my own and as a musician myself I find it very easy to communicate and connect with other musicians around me no matter the genre or skill level of the individual.
